Good value for the price. Greens/bunkers/fairways always in decent condition. there are some holes that allow for misses off the tee but not many. Fairways typically run towards the tree line...

Course was in very good condition, greens were excellent. Very good value. Bring your good putting game because the greens are very undulating. Don't get above the hole if you want to score well.

Not the best course in the area, but for the price, you can't expect lush fairways, sand in the bunkers or greens that have any flat spots. Just like any other course, expect to repair ball marks...
