Duquesne Club, located in Pittsburgh, was founded in 1873 by some of the leading industrialists in the United States. The club s various members include people from business, industry, finance, education, government, medicine and the arts fields. It offers a wide variety of entertainment, recreational and dining programs to its members. Duquesne Club also offers dining, social events, a health and fitness center, overnight accommodations and well-equipped conference facilities. The club has more than 300 employees and it offers a wine society, which has over 200 members. The wine society hosts wine tastings, dinners, classes and tours. Duquesne Club also hosts the New Year s Day open house that offers a variety of food items to its members.
