Dunwoody Village

Dunwoody Village, operational since 1974 and based in Newtown Square, Pa., is an accredited, continuing-care retirement community for elderly citizens. The facility is spread over a more than 80-acre campus, and provides accommodation to couples and single persons of ages 65 and above. It offers a variety of activities, such as live entertainment, wellness programs, lectures, cultural trips, and local and regional trips in southeastern Pennsylvania. Transportation is provided on handicapped-accessible buses. Dunwoody Village also provides a range of services for residents, such as housekeeping and maintenance services, fitness center, swimming pool, computer facility, on-site post office, library, hair salon, on-site physician, and three different dining facilities. The facilities comprise the dining room, the terrace dining room and the coffee shop.
