Every single time I come to this location I literally wait in the drive thru for 20-30 minutes. I understand it's a "high traffic area" but there is no reason why I should be waiting 20-30 minutes...

So got an extra large hot tea yesterday. Came home, drank half of it, and noticed the cup had an odd "weight" to it. Open the lid and there was a metal spoon laying right in the cup. Good times....

Due to the new location, the hired a new staff and grossly under trained them. Having atleast one adult behind the counter could help. The amount of times I get an inaccurate order or wait for 15...
