Being a new shop, everything is spic and span clean. This is my fourth time here and the donuts are always fresh, although today the choices were limited. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Shelves always empty. Was told 'they don't make' donuts without sprinkles anymore. Only the 'baker's choice' of the day has them. And the baker puts sprinkles on them 9 out of 10 days. NINE...

Awful customer service. Went in and ordered a medium coffee, waited 20 minutes and watched 3 employees take a break, total of 6 people working , it was 10am, hardly rush hour, just terrible, every...
