Apparently the employees here can't read anytime I do online order I get the wrong stuff ironically they give us pictures to choose from we choose it and the employees don't give the ITEM YOU...

Waited 15 minutes stand still in line. Ended up leaving and all I ordered was a medium iced coffee. Wish I could leave a rating lower than a 1. Abysmal performance from the Dunkin crew....
