I have never been to a slower Dunkin in my life. The drive thru sits at a standstill for minutes at a time. Literally boggles the mind how they could be operating this slowly.

If you burn food you should make a new one..this isn't acceptable to give to customers unless they ask for it well done or toasted more than once
