I never thought I could dislike a Dunkin Donuts. I dislike this one. If I had a nickel for every time my order was wrong, or my bagel was burnt, or they forgot to put cream cheese on my BAGEL...

ridiculous customer service, employee says they're not making food anymore at 11 am, then says any refunds need to be made with physical card and we paid through apple pay, so in the end no food...

Everytime I work at this fuck ass Dunkin they either miss something from my order or fuck it up. They are also hella rude. Shut ts down immediately.

Very busy .... But my drinks and food came out good and the guys taking our order was efficient .... Service was lightening speed fast .... By the time we paid we had our drinks I've never seen...

genuinely awful. i've gotten coffee that tastes like the machine hasn't been cleaned in 5 thousand years. an avocado toast completely uncooked and sloppily wrapped in PAPER. a macchiato with 10x...
