I'm not sure how this location manages to remain open? This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts experience. Service is terrible and personnel lacks knowledge. When visiting on the weekend and ordering...

I don't know how this place even runs on a daily basis. The employees get worse and worse everytime I go into this location. I'm not sure who owns this place, but they really need to get it...
