Instead you would wait in turn for the phone triage nurse and then would get offered the next available appointment time, which could be quite a few hours later. Fax request forms: See the "Patient Forms " tab for a Referral Request Form and a Prescription Renewal Request Form. We are trying to add extra nurse hours for these immunizations. We will be calling the names on our lists. It will take some time to get through all the names on the lists. We apologize if anyone gets a call who already received their shot as sometimes the person calling won't have access to the computer or chart for your vaccine history. You are also encouraged to call our office to make your appointment, especially if there is confusion as to whether your name is on our lists or if we have a different or non-working phone number for you.

I been taking my daughter there going on 3 years ago. Things were rocky at first and then I met Dr.McCarthey. he is a great pediatrician just hard to book him for appts. So far, no complaints here.

I have been going to this office for 20 years. I can always rely on great service and excellent care when it comes to all three kids. There is plenty of parking and space on the waiting room....
