I have banked with Dollar Bank for 20 years and should have cut ties years ago. Dollar bank customer service is non existent. Management is not helpful and all they do is stick to the script....

Bank manager is difficult to get a hold of and 99% of time he has his assistant return his calls. The teller's are nice and friendly but Joel & Christian aren't that wonderful in dealing with....

I can't wait to go back to PNC bank. I have a 3 year obligation to bank with Dollar Bank for getting my mortgage with them. Horrible experience all around.
