Production Components Corporation provides complete precision sheet metal services in its modern, fully equipped, 37, 000 square foot facility. With a full compliment of conventional and computer controlled fabrication equipment, PCC fabricates a variety of panels, enclosures, covers, frames, brackets, and cabinets from customer supplied electronic files or prints.

Elmco Two is a sheet metal fabrication job shop specializing in custom fabrications made to customer specifications. The company has been at its present locations since 1964. We take great pride in our work. Our focus is on quality not quantity. We are accustomed to working with a variety of materials including but not limited to carbon steel,stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and brass. Being a job shop we stock a wide variety of shapes and sizes of theses different metals in order to respond to customer needs. Elmco manufactures parts for various industries including but not limited to food processing, pharmaceutical, medical, specialty gas, construction, floor coating, glass and plastics manufacturing, HVAC, automotive, and food packaging as well as repair or replacement of OEM parts. We have the capacity to shear and bend materials up to .187 inch thick and up to 10 feet long. Our welding capabilities include TIG, MIG, and spot welding. We are able to roll materials up to .125 inch thick by 33 inches wide. In addition to the above, we have various saws, drill presses, punches, mills, a lathe, grinders, sanders, layout equipment, tooling, and inspection equipment to satisfactorily complete the fabrication of parts. Some of the typical items we fabricate are tools for the installation of epoxy floor coatings, electrical control boxes and panels, machine safety guards, machine frames and bases, custom shop carts, tables, wagons, hoods, hoppers, and funnels for filling equipment as well as motor mountings and switch brackets and components for the specialty gas industry. Sheet Metal Contracting Company, founded in 1910, was originally located in downtown Wilmington, Delaware. Needing more space, the company moved to their present location, a 24, 000 sq. foot facility in Bear, DE in 1978. Since its inception Sheet Metal has relied on the skill of its hands-on craftsmen, yet as times have changed the company has adapted by transforming themselves into a modern fabrication facility utilizing all types of computer-aided equipment.Sheet Metal has always considered its specialty, low volume and prototype production. This type of work requires a dedication to quality and expert craftsmanship which the company has always strived for. From hand -formed architectural cornices to specialty chemical production vessels, for almost one hundred years Sheet Metal has done it.Because the business has been family owned since it was founded, it has shrewdly invested in its real estate and equipment.
