The service and I use that word lightly is horrible. I dealt with them for a month trying to upgrade my equipment and never got the upgrade. Do not use them.

I am a 50 year old man who has done a lot of business with local and long distant companies. I will make this short and sweet. Don't be fooled by the front put on by Direct TV's customer service....
