Kim M. Kelley, DPT Kim M. Kelley, DPT, is a physical therapist who serves as coordinator for AHN Concussion Therapy Services. She specializes in concussion rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and orthopaedic care, providing expert, patient-centered treatment to help individuals recover and regain function. Kim earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in psychology from Chatham College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Kim welcomes patients 13 and older.

Andrea Blakemore, PA-C Andrea Blakemore, PA-C, is a physician assistant specializing in providing comprehensive care, patient visits, complete physicals, and targeted exams, while also coordinating with supervising physicians to develop effective treatment plans. She specializes in patient care for orthopaedic surgery. Andrea Blakemore earned a Master of Science in Health Sciences from Lock Haven University Physician Assistant Program in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and Developmental Biology, with a minor in Psychology, from The Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania. She is certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Basic Life Support. Andrea Blakemore welcomes patients of all ages.

Dr. LaBuda attended Duquesne University in Pittsburgh and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy. He received his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and served as an intern at Central Medical Center and Hospital in Pittsburgh and his obstetrical and gynecological residency at West Penn Hospital. He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has been practicing with the staff of Premier Women’s Health since 1996. He has particular clinical interest in preventive women’s health care, obstetrics, labor and delivery, menopause management, urinary incontinence, gynecological oncology, minimally invasive surgery (including in-office tubal sterilization), menstrual disorders, and benign gynecologic conditions. Dr. LaBuda is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, as well as a member of the Allegheny County Medical Society and the Pennsylvania Medical Society. He is also a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association.
