Me and my family came in to eat dinner, the waitress was rude. we waited 15 minutes for our drinks and mind you the place was ENTIRELY EMPTY we were the only people there. then waited 50 minutes...

This place has not changed much. Terrible slow service. They tell this up front when you walk in. This must be a standard for this chain. I have walked out of locations on not getting waited on....
