Delta Community Supports, Inc

Founded in 1977, Delta Community Supports is a nonprofit organization that offers community-based services. It provides residential living services for persons with disabilities and provides family services, including foster care and children adoptions. The center offers adult day health care, rehabilitation therapies, skilled nursing, and palliative and hospice care, as well as specialized therapies. Delta Community Supports also provides specialty medical clinics, speech pathology, case management and physician and nursing care, as well as physical, language, respite and occupational therapies. It also offers various housing options and services that include senior and assisted living, specialty nursing, and long- and short-term care. The center maintains multiple locations in Levittown, Pa.
