Our Company was founded in 1850 by William Davis Jr and incorporated as Davis Modern Heating & Cooling in 1982. The Company started with wood & coal heat in the 1800s and then oil heat in the 1920s. Today, we service all brands of heating and air conditioning equipment. We install High Efficiency Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps and Boilers to match any fuel source including natural gas, propane, heating oil and electric. We have over 35 years of experience with solar heating and geothermal heat pumps. We are proud to be known as America’s Oldest Family Owned Mechanical Contractor.
