Our business began with great-grandfather Seymour Rudolph in Erie, Pennsylvania and is now located in Meadville, Pennsylvania under the ownership of grandson, Glenn Rudolph. I ordered a ruby pendant that never arrived and they refused to refund the money, although DHL said, the pendant has been returned to the supplier. Very bad customer service.
