Dave's Dream Holliday Room

Ate at Dave's Dream with my boyfriend for the first time last night. He went to CIA in New York and wanted to take me to a little restaurant in Altoona-- Lena's-- because I love gnocchi. I guess...

Stopped at The Dream for lunch. Wife and I ordered sandwiches. They were HUGE and delicious. The turkey club was filled with carved turkey breast, fresh lettuce and tomato, and some great bacon....

I wasn't impressed with the baked goods, brownie and cookie. They tasted cheap. I expected better. Terrible parking as well.

Dave's Dream only has three reviews? This place has been around for what seems like forever. In a word: hearty. If you add a couple more, it's affordable and homey. There are some healthy options...
