Dr. Dana D. DiRenzo, MD, MHS, is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of Rheumatology at the University of Pennsylvania and serves as Chief of Rheumatology at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center. She is a member of the Penn Sjogren's center and director of the Penn Musculoskeletal Ultrasound program. Dr. DiRenzo earned her MD from Temple University School of Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine residency at the University of Maryland Hospital, followed by a Rheumatology fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where she also earned her Master’s in Health Sciences. Her clinical expertise includes inflammatory arthritis, Sjögren’s syndrome, and musculoskeletal ultrasound, and her research centers on patient-reported outcomes, quality of life, mindfulness, and health-related quality of life tools she leads the Prospective Longitudinal Study to Understand Sjögren’s (PLUS) and serves as a co-chair for the OMERACT Sjögren’s Working Group.
