The Friendship Center is a more than 62,000-square-foot facility that is located in Harrisburg, Pa. It includes a natatorium, weight and fitness area, walking track, babysitting room, gymnasium, aerobics studio, locker rooms, classrooms and offices. The center provides inter-generational programs and activities for preschoolers, youths, adults, families and senior citizens. Its fitness center is equipped with advanced cardiovascular, circuit, strength training and free weight equipment. The Friendship Center features the Fit Zone, which is an interval circuit training program that uses hydraulic resistance to match the effort of the user. Its natatorium includes a giant waterslide and warm-water pools. The center offers relaxation, sports and deep-tissue massage therapies. In addition, it provides various types of party rental and membership packages.
