The suite I booked wasn't available, so they put me in a different room that was not an equal promising that they would upgrade me or provude Marriott points, neither of which happened.

I am trying to be balanced with my review. The staff are wonderful in all parts of the hotel. They are friendly and helpful. The first floor is modern and looks like a typical Courtyard Marriott....

The chain has gone downhill and feels cheap vs. the way it once was. Housekeeping: no service until the third day. Really??? You can ask for extra towels in the meantime but don't expect them...
