History
Our owner, Sandra Conklin, expanded her antique lumber business to include a retail location in order to showcase material that can be purchased in our lumberyard. This labor of love created far more than anyone could imagine, as she was able to showcase her son's gift of building custom furniture with antique lumber. After the dream of a retail store became a reality, Conklin continued to add items to the store to meet the needs of customers that came to visit. Unique Country now carries a variety of items, from home decor items to purses and candles.
