Concrete Step Units, Inc. was founded in 1966 by John J, Luciani. Through many years of hard work and dedication, he expanded the company to include a diverse variety of both commercial and residential precast concrete product lines and a full custom wrought iron and aluminum fabrication shop. Today, Concrete Step Units, Inc. remains family owned and operated as a woman owned business now in its 2nd and 3rd generations. CSU continues to evolve, becoming the region's leader in the precast and iron fabrication manufacturing markets.
