The Jewish Community Center of Allentown has been operational for more than 80 years and offers several activities and programs for members of all ages. Its family department offers various parent-child classes and day care programs that are designed for children up to 3 years and their parents. Its facilities include an auditorium, swimming pool, gymnasium and fitness studio. The community center offers an after-school enrichment program that involves students in a variety of activities, such as cooking, cartooning, arts and crafts, swimming and exercise classes. It also offers a summer camp program on a 55-acre site that provides aquatic and other special activities for children.
