Community Nursing and Home Health provides home health services to patients on a part-time and intermittent basis seven days a week. Emphasis is centered on rehabilitating the patient to his/her maximum potential in a safe home environment and improving the quality of the patient's life during illness. Offices are open for regular hours Monday through Friday, 8: 00 A.M. to 4: 30 P.M. Agency registered nurses are on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Home visits are made seven days a week and after regular office hours as required to meet the patient's needs.
