Gaudenzia Erie operates various health care facilities that provide treatment to patients suffering from mental disorders and substance abuse. The various facilities include Crossroads, Dr. Snow Halfway House for Men, and Community House for Women and Children. It provides a range of health care services, including detoxification, residential care, dual diagnosis, and outpatient and home services. Opened in 1966, Crossroads is a shelter for homeless men with addiction problems. Dr. Snow Halfway House for Men provides rehabilitation and employment assistance. Established in 2003, Community House for Women and Children provides outpatient and home care services for women with children.
