I was promised a refund two months ago for a billing mistake they did. Have not seen it. I hate to sound like one of "those" people but, the service was better when it was all in country.

The process to speak with a live person is terrible and that's being nice. The automated system can never find your account and they never connect you with a live person. the service is ok at best...
