The College Township Industrial Development Authority (CTIDA) was established in 1972 to address issues related to unemployment, blight, and environmental pollution in State College, PA. With a board of nine directors appointed for staggered five-year terms, the CTIDA operates independently of the College Township Council. Centre County Chamber-Business

The Chamber of Business & Industry of Centre County is a membership organization comprised of businesses ranging in size from large international corporations to sole proprietorships, and everything in between. Since 1992, the CBICC has grown to over 1, 000 members including businesses and organizations of all sizes representing all segments of the business community. Its diverse and dynamic membership recognizes the value of the many products and services the CBICC offers, both for individual businesses and for the community as a whole.
