We took a little side trip to this farmer's market in Scranton, PA. They open at 12 noon on Friday. Their stuff are very fresh! We got corn that were sweeter than corn I have had in the past....

Love, love, love, all of the farm vendors here. They are all so pleasant and equally proud of their fruits and vegetables. I am truly blessed to have this co-op farmers market in the neighborhood.

Is the Farmers market closed for good? Trying to find information, do they open during the rain? what hours? etc. The website is shut down.

The Farmer's Market is a bit a hidden treasure in Scranton. It's an open-air market with something like 20 or so stalls manned by local farmers/vendors. It's a good place to just sort of wander...

When my daughters were teenagers we would shop here every week for our groceries, that's how well stocked they are. To this day we have great memories of our shopping and just enjoying the day...
