The staff is very unfriendly and rude. The facility is dirty. There is no consistency of the staff.

Bad services, unclean, misinformation from their Website and in person don't match. Room with non-working tv, they don't tell you and they still charge you full cost of room with TV, no refund at all.

Have been to club in indy and ft Lauderdale and this one in Philly. Was nice expecting to visit again in march
