History
We sprung up in August of 2017. I needed a place to hold my karmic class of yoga for addiction recovery and the class schedule grew organically from there. It started with just one Teacher Ana we now have almost 10! Offering multiples styles with a range of experiences as teachers and practitioners.
Specialties
We are extremely welcoming of everyone. There is no judgement or comparison in the yogic philosophy and we maintain that dynamic. We are intimate and eclectic and easy-going. We get to know one another and ourselves through connection, clarity, and creation.
