They are basically closed all the time. Made an online appointment to get my daughters ears pierced on 7/17 at 11 am for her birthday. My entire family showed up, waited, called. There was no...

Horrible . They are never open during operating hours. Lights are on but doors are locked. No one ever answer phones either. Do not come to this location !!!!!
