This branch has a problem keeping money in their ATM, its never good when you go to get money and the ATM is out of cash. They'll say that they don't service the machines, but I am a Citizens Bank...

Do not use this bank they are in the business of stealing peoples hard earned money, they don't reconcile your transactions so they charge you a bunch of overdraft fee and then charge more...
