HistoryI haven't always been a therapist. I spent the majority of my career as a business executive, entrepreneur and mentor. I have experienced loss, grief, fear, sadness, and loneliness. I have also found joy and happiness. I have raised a family, experienced divorce, traveled the world, attended grad school at an older age, worked for others, built and sold businesses, succeeded and failed. I have learned that life doesn't always go as planned but we all have the power to learn, improve and take control of our individual circumstances to lead our individual best life. My goal is to help you take control to live your best life.SpecialtiesRelationships, new life stages, career changes, can be challenging. I specialize in helping individuals transition into their new life status with confidence and perspective. We all look to increase our happiness and joy, reduce our stress , frustrations and and suffering, improve our relationships and accomplish our goals. The dilemma to many of us is that we would like these things to happen without changing too much of ourselves. My aim is to help people move through the process of change, while helping you process and cope with your current life challenges.
