More than half the time the food is either wrong or it comes out cold. The staff clearly couldn't give 2 shits. It's a shame because chipotles standards have dropped to McDonald's level.

This place is a shithole. The workers got mad at me for ordering a burrito. Another charged me $40 for three things, $8 over. No napkins and the place looks like my toilet after pooping

Bad service, half cooked rice, my chips were stale, and the caso blanco was ice cold and not warm. Absolutely terrible.
