Wasn't told "my pleasure" by 2 people. One taking my order and one giving me my order. And I asked for unsweetened tea and got sweetened. SMH. The chicken was good, though, and juicy.

Horrible experience and wait time. They didn't have our order and then we had to wait 15 minutes for them to make it. They did not make it a priority.

Ordered on the app, milkshake was ready when I arrived. The restaurant was clean and efficient. I personally were not a fan of the new flavor, didn't taste any banana and way too many wafer pieces...
