Charlotte Russe

Established in 1971, Joan Shepp is a boutique and provides designer wear, accessories and apparel for its clients. The store features a collection of clothing, shoes, bags and related accessories. Located in Philadelphia, Pa., it also provides other products, such as dresses, tops, knitwear, jackets and coats. The store stocks one of the well known shoes and clothing from Y-3 online, which features both men's and women's collections, apparel, shoes, sneakers, bags and outerwear. In the 2007, the store is a recipient of one of the top ten boutiques in the United States by the editors of the Lucky Magazine.
