About Center Square Brewing Our in house brewery features hand made craft beer brewed in a 3 barrel brew house. Our brewer strives to incorporate fresh and local ingredients whenever possible to create one of a kind beers with a local flair. Head Brewer, Adam Myers Adam Myers is a Spring Grove native who started his hobby in home brewing twelve years ago. His interest in brewing craft beers grew from a hobby to a business opportunity and Adam opened a brew pub in Wardensville, WV in 2010. In 2014, Adam and his family moved to PA where he met the Haugh's and they began planning Center Square Brewing. This opportunity allowed Adam to foster his passion for craft beers using local agriculture and bring the experience of quality chef inspired food that Altland House is known for paired with hand crafted beers that can only be found at Center Square Brewing. Brewer, Sarah Kovach Sarah Kovach, the area's only female brewer, was handpicked by Adam to follow in his footsteps into the Center Square Brewing process.
