They are professional when you are in the office, but if you have tests done, you will be lucky to hear from them about the results. Each time I have had to call about them twice to get the results.

I was on hold the first time 1 1/2 hr. Second time was 45 minutes. This is unacceptable! The office staff is rude. Susan is the only that dose her job! Cecil Family Practice lost a patiant.

Wait times on phone are ridiculous. Will not see with ANY symptom that resembles Covid, flu, etc. We were much happier using Med Express.
