For over 50 years, Catherine Carber's has been making fine chocolates the old-fashioned way. Our chocolates are made by hand in small batches, using only the finest natural, raw ingredients, and time-honored methods. We still make our candy centers from scratch, fire-cooking them in a copper kettle. Our products are hand-dipped, hand-cut, decorated by hand, and made with no preservatives added ever, the way they were back in the olden days. Our focus is on quality, not the bottom line. Taste the difference!

This place is terrible. Walked in based on recommendations. Was very disappointed. Saw mice droppings all over the place and walked out. Stay clear!!
