Camp Onas offers various recreational activities and programs to campers in Ottsville, Pa. The camp offers a variety of special activities, including pioneer program, theme weekends and high ropes course. The pioneer program is an out-of-camp trip for campers experienced in backpacking and canoeing. It is a four-day adventure hiking on the Appalachian Trail and canoeing on the Delaware River. The camp also organizes theme weekends for its campers, including dance and movie weekends. Its campers take various trips to museums, nature centers and glacier fields. The high ropes challenge and low ropes adventure courses offered at the camp are supported by trained staff.
