They were terrible. Our intake interview was with an intelligent and motivated person; after we signed up they replaced her with a lazy person who browbeat my kid trying to motivate with shame...

Did not deliver the goods. $4K plus and 50 hours later. Drop in one score and only 50 point improvement in the other. Definitely was not worth the money or the immense time commitment.
