I took a pair of slip on shoes that were making a sucking noise when I walked. The owner put 2 holes on the strap but that didn't help. I'm not sure what he did the 2nd time but it still didn't...

Owner is hostile! Also put polish on the soles of the shoes, which marked ups my floor and rug. He is super expensive too. Rossi's in Ardmore is a far superior alternative in every way.

DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!!! THE OWNER IS HORRIBLE. He does a *terrible* job of fixing shoes, insists on cash, and will not stand behind his work. The soles of my shoes are literally falling off...
