The staff must not have gotten the training to "be nice" patients do not like coming to the dentist!!! Again it is up to the Doctor to train and set a good example. Also make sure his or her...

Poor customer service. Had my name spelled incorrectly in their system then left on hold twice for over 10 mins and then disconnected. I will take that as a sign to get my kids braces elsewhere.
