Established in 2017, we've become a fully integrated residential rental property company. From acquisition, renovation, marketing & tenant placement to property management. It's done all in house. We seek to acquire distressed residential properties at a discount. We then improve the properties with targeted value add initiatives. We Grow Property Values: With the capital improvements to our properties we force appreciation. ; Repositioning: We produce a major positive impact on the community after the distressed property has been completely stabilized.

Our main focus is long term residential rentals in Delaware County, PA. We're always in the market looking for value add deals to buy & hold. Are goal is to acquire under performing, distressed properties in areas of positive economic & demographic trends and reposition them to the fullest extent. At this time, our business model price point is leading the area.
