Families with Children from China - Capital Area (FCC-Capital) is a nondenominational network of parents across the United States, Canada, Australia, China, and Europe who have adopted children from China. Their mission is to educate adoptive parents and their children about Chinese culture and society, support prospective adoptive parents with information about Chinese adoption, and engage in charitable and educational activities to promote the adoption of Chinese children and improve the welfare of children in Chinese orphanages.
