Established in 1962, Regional Counseling Center in Oil City, Pennsylvania, has the expertise to handle all your counseling needs. From individual therapy to peer support programs, our experienced professionals are ready to help you within a safe environment. For your added convenience, we have two locations to serve you.

Thanks to United Way funding, Family Services is able to offer counseling services to individuals without insurance at no cost or at very low cost. Additional grant funding allows the agency to provide counseling services free of charge, to any adult county resident who is actively enrolled in Medicaid. The agency also accepts most major insurances. Services can address a variety of concerns, including marital difficulties, parenting concerns, family problems, and individual adjustment issues. Social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists who have extensive counseling experience are available for both day and evening appointments.

Edwards Barbara MA has been a practicing psychology for more than 30 years. We offer a wide range of therapy services for a variety of purposes. We have an extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress, medical issues and spiritual issues. We also work with clients on rape & sexual abuse recovery matters.
