Stopped in for lunch recent to take advantage of the lunch special. Showed up a little after opening. Door was locked? There were already a couple of folks in the place so that was strange....

Bathroom we're filthy paper towels everywhere. There was a salad spilled next to my table that remained there for an hour and a half.
