Very interesting spot! They have bubble tea and some food perfect for a quick lunch pickup. Basil fried rice was a bit more moist than I'd like but flavor is good and good value. Thai bubble tea...

Terrible boba!!!! It tastes sooooo bad i got the taro milk tea and classic milk tea and they taste awful the boba was undercooked also! Took a while to get our drinks also I would rate 0 starts...
